Dr Anna Francis NMO Clinical Fellow
I am a DPhil student and NMO Clinical Fellow working with Prof Jacqueline Palace and Prof Lars Fugger. My project will compare cognitive outcomes and personality traits of patients with MOG antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) and aquaporin4 antibody-positive neuromyelitis optica (NMO) with brain lesions to those without brain lesions. I will also be exploring the potential associations between vaccination and these two conditions and working with Dr Kate Attfield to try to identify serological and immunological signatures of seronegative NMO.
